Twelve Ukrainian cities join the SUN4Ukraine initiative of the EU Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities Mission

A group of 12 municipalities from across Ukraine have been selected as SUN4Ukraine's Flagship Municipalities, embarking on a transformative journey toward climate neutrality by 2050. Another 20 Mission Cities received their EU Mission Label from Iliana Ivanova, Commissioner for Innovation, at a ceremony in Strasbourg today, in recognition of the cities’ plans to reach climate neutrality by 2030.
